Boozoo Bajou´s producers Florian Seyberth and Peter Heider are already widely celebrated around the globe for their unique blend of modern electronica with blues, jazz, soul, latin-music and dub.

Just like Kruder & Dorfmeister or Nightmares on Wax, German downtempo duo Boozoo Bajou’s musical journey started in the mid Nineties pumping out a healthy number of 12-inches and albums for Stereo Deluxe, !K7 and Apollo leaning towards dub and trip-hop.

They earned attention with their irresistible breakthrough single ‘Night Over Manaus’ in 1998, their legendary debut album ‚Satta’ released in 2001 and it ´s 2005 sequel ‘Dust My Broom’.

They also demonstrated their excellent and wide-ranging musical taste on two excellent mix-compilations, ‘Juke Joint’ on Stereo Deluxe and ‘Juke Joint II’ on !K7. Furthermore their darker, 2014 album 4 on Apollo, which was influenced by ambient dub artists like Brian Eno, the Basic Channel roster, and Jon Hassell.
